Repairing
We are specialised in reparation of traction-lifting-hydro guide for electric vehicles, such as forklifts, AGVs/LGVs, electric cars, transpallets, cleaning machines, tugs, etc...
We repair AC and DC motors and generators of any kind and applications, up to 750 mm diameter.
Thanks to high quality standards, we noticed that a motor refurbished by KELVIN lasts 40% more, respect to the new one. If this is not enough, on request, we can even optimize its design to provide a repaired motor with higher efficiency and even longer life.
EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Our service is fast, but if you don’t have time to wait for repairs, we have an identical repaired/refurbished motor available for immediate shipping. Then you can easily send us your broken one at your convenience.
SPARE PARTS, MOTORS AND COMPONENTS SUPPLIER
Thanks to our partnerships, we are the market leading company in supplying new or refurbished motors, mainly for forklifts, AGVs , electric cars and, in general, for battery operated vehicles, AC, DC and Brushless with power up to 50kW.
We also supply industrial motors, asynchronous, synchronous, with feeding voltages up to 690 V, single or three phase up to 100 kW power.
A massive warehouse, one of the biggest in this field, fully automatised with more than 40,000 spare parts ready for delivery. Hardware and software PC-based, it guarantees a fast service and a constant availability for immediate shipment of most of the components we stock, and to provide quick repairs.
EXECUTION
With many active projects, and a huge experience, KELVIN is able to support you in system optimization, old vehicles revamping, and in complete motor-drive-control kits for any kind of ideas, from the design phase to the field testing.
